Equipped with an adjustable double-belt conveyor system, the line flexibly regulates panel thickness while maintaining consistent pressure and proper heating throughout the curing stage, ensuring the initial forming quality of composite panels and laying a solid foundation for finished product stability.

This advanced production line integrates mechanical transmission, electrical intelligent control and hydraulic drive technologies to realize streamlined and efficient panel manufacturing. After primary forming and curing, the continuous panel strips are accurately cut into customized lengths by automatic cross-cutting devices, followed by cooling and surface finishing processes to stabilize panel performance and optimize appearance quality.
